Tirthan Valley Trekking

Tirthan Valley Trek And Camping

Tour Duration: 02 Nights & 03 Days

Package Cost Starts From ₹4999 Per Person

Tirthan Valley is one of Himachal Pradesh’s most pristine, eco-friendly, and relatively untouched destinations. Located in the Kullu district at an altitude of around 1,600 metres (5,249 feet), it gets its name from the Tirthan River, a glacier-fed river that flows right through it.

Tour Itinerary

Morning: Arrive in Tirthan Valley via Aut. Check into your riverside stay in Gushaini or Nagini village and relax.

Afternoon: Embark on the Chhoie Waterfall Trek. It is a short but steep 3 km uphill walk (approx. 1 hour) starting from Nagini village. The trail moves through lush pine forests to a stunning 100-metre cascade.

Evening: Walk along the pristine Tirthan River, try out cafe hopping in Jibhi/Banjar, and unwind by a bonfire

Morning: Take a scenic 1-hour drive up to Jalori Pass, situated at an elevation of 10,800 feet.

Afternoon: Begin the Serolsar Lake Trek from the pass. This is an easy-to-moderate 5 km flat trail (10 km round trip) winding through dense oak and rhododendron forests. At the trail’s end sits the holy Serolsar Lake and the mystical Budhi Nagin Temple.

Evening: Head back to Jalori Pass, catch a panoramic 360-degree sunset over the snow-clad peaks, and return to your base stay for dinner

Morning: Visit Mini Thailand, a hidden rocky river pool enclosed by large boulders, followed by a short walk to the multi-tiered Jibhi Waterfall

Afternoon: Enjoy a local Himachali lunch at a traditional cafe. If you crave an extra thrill, experience river rafting in the nearby Beas River rapids near Aut before boarding your evening bus home.
